The products are designed with solid-state circuits, hybrid microwave integrated circuits (MMIC) and microwave integrated circuits (MMIC), micro-assembly technology and other circuit modes and implementation methods to achieve higher efficiency amplification and smaller load. At present, the working frequency of T/R module series products designed and developed by the company covers DC ~ 18GHz.

Transmitter System

The all-solid-state transmitter developed by our company has a frequency covering DC ~ 40GHz and a power ranging from 1KW to 40KW, which can be customized according to the actual needs of customers. The transmitter adopts modular design, each independent module has perfect protection and BITE indication function, and the real-time working status of the module is reported to the upper computer through the corresponding interface, and the user can monitor the working status of each module in real time and operate accordingly according to the upper computer. The transmitter uses water cooling or forced air cooling for heat dissipation.

Receiver system

The series of receiver products produced by our company have the characteristics of high sensitivity, large dynamic range and high linearity; it can realize various control modes and monitoring and self-checking functions such as amplitude control (AGC, STC, logarithmic amplification), frequency control (AFC, fixed frequency, frequency modulation), arbitrary waveform generation (LFM, NLFM, FSK, PSK, AM, etc.), various BITE (overcurrent, overvoltage, amplitude self-checking, locking indication, etc.).
